Step 2: Forming.The strip passes through 12 roller stations on the main machine for progressive cold roll forming. Each roller station contributes a small portion of the total deformation. The flat strip gradually transforms into a bridging bar section with knurling on the web.

Step 3: Punching and Shearing.The formed bar moves forward continuously. A measuring wheel provides real time length feedback. The PLC controls the punching and shearing actions based on the preset recipe. These operations complete at full speed without stopping the line.

Step 4: Collection.Finished bridging bars exit the shear station. Operators collect each piece at the manual receiving table while visually inspecting surface quality and hole position accuracy.
