Cangzhou Zhongtuo Roll Forming Machinery Co.,Ltd is a professional manufacturer specializing in building decoration cold roll forming equipment. We supply complete matched production lines includingMain T Roll Forming Machine, Cross T Roll Forming Machine and Wall Angle Roll Forming Machine.
Profiles produced by the three machines cooperate closely to form standard suspended ceiling grid systems. They are widely applied in residential and commercial building decoration. Standard specifications include Main Tee 38×24mm, Cross Tee 26×24mm and Wall Angle 22×22mm. We also support customized sizes to meet market requirements of various countries. The integrated weight of the whole three machines is about 13 tons. The finished ceiling structure features convenient installation, stable load performance and easy maintenance.
Basic Production Flow
Steel coil loading → Uncoiling and leveling → Continuous cold roll forming → Servo positioning hydraulic cutting → Finished product collection and counting.The whole process achieves stable automatic continuous operation.
Main T Roll Forming Machine
This machine produces load-bearing main tee profiles, which act as the main framework of ceiling grid structure.
Leveling entry device keeps steel strip feeding flat and uniform, ensuring stable dimensional precision of finished products.
Cross T Roll Forming Machine
This equipment produces cross tee profiles, which cross and connect with main tee to form intact ceiling grid frames together with wall angle profiles.
High rigidity cast steel frame reduces vibration during long-time production and keeps stable profile precision.
Wall Angle Roll Forming Machine
Wall angle profiles made by this machine are installed on building walls, undertaking structural support and edge decoration functions for ceiling systems.
Integral welded structure ensures stable product shape in mass production.
