1.Decoiler
It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turntable way.The Loading capacity is 3T
The Uncoiling width is300mm. The Inner diameter is450-550mm.
2.Feeding and leveling
This part will level coil to make sure it is neat clean and straight.
3.Roll forming machine
TheSize is5300х1200х1400mm.TheWeight is 6.8 tons.TheVoltage is380V/50HZ3Phase(as customer’s request). The Roller fixer is Guide column. The machineFrame ismiddle plate welded
