Decoiler is an auxiliary device for the roll forming machine. There are several types such as manual decoiler, electric decoiler and hydraulic decoiler. For manual decoiler, there are single head decoiler, also double head decoiler, 3T decoiler, 5T decoiler, 7/8Ton decoiler and 10/12/15 Ton decoiler. we can also produce movable uncoiler for clients, so client can use one decoiler to match with different machines easily.

For hydraulic decoiler, It is include upbender,loading car, auxiliary arm, ground sensor, hydraulic pump station, remote control, Emergency button and control box

An advantage of our Upender models is low maintenance and high durability.

1. The Upender adopts automatic hydraulic system to take the coil to coil car, it is easy and safe way to transition from a horizontal to vertical (and back) orientation to load coil on the mandrel or cradle uncoiler. It is also powered from thehydraulicdecoiler andcontrolled by coilloading car.

2. Coil loading car, the min height that can be lowered is 540mm, and the max height is 925mm. If you have special requirements, please tell us in advance.

How to judge a hydraulic decoiler is good one or bad one ? for high quality hydraulic undecoiler with below advantages:

1. The mandrel has four segments, it is more strong than three segments, make the power more evenly on each part, and can be use for long time.

2. For the frame of our decoiler, it is a whole part, different with the other factories design, to make sure the machine can work more steady than others.

4. For ground sensor, it is used toprevents stackingcoils on the floor. When the coils feeding into the roll forming machine, there will be lots of coils on the floor, then the decoiler will stop sending coils into the roll forming machine automatically.

5.     With remote control you can control the decoiler working in far distance.

6. For common decoilers, there are four pillars, the disadvantage is the lift distance is smaller. But for ours, the lift distance is more big, when your coils is small, the inner diameter is small, it is hard for you to lift the small coil into the mandrel, but for ours, with this hydraulic cylinder, it can lift the small coils in to the mandrel very easily.

7. Automaticcenter position function, you can see there is slider at here, you can move here, to make the decoiler in the center of the roll forming machine, so when it is not in the center, you no need to move the decoiler or move the roll forming machine.

8. There is servo motor, also with pneumatic brake system, when you meet any emergency, it can stop at once.
