How Does the 360° Rotation Coil Car Work with Two Decoilers?

The coil car on this equipment serves the two decoilers alternately. It travels along a track between the two machines, which are spaced 2 meters apart. When one production line needs a fresh coil, the car moves to that decoiler and positions itself for loading.

The car's 360 degree electric rotation allows it to accept coils from any direction. A forklift can bring the coil from the side of the car. An overhead crane can drop the coil from above. The car rotates to match the approach angle. Operators don't have to reposition the forklift or crane multiple times.

Each decoiler has its own control system. The two decoilers can run simultaneously and independently because each one feeds a separate production line. The car only responds to one decoiler at a time due to the built in interlock logic. This prevents conflicting commands and ensures safe operation.
