    Heavy‑duty frame, no shaking
    The frame for the entire 18-meter production line is constructed from thick, welded steel plates. During operation, it remains virtually free of vibration. This ensures cleaner, more precise shear edges while significantly reducing wear and tear on the bearings.

    GCr15 rollers that last
    GCr15 steel and undergo a processing technique to achieve extremely high hardness. They are capable of withstanding impact damage caused by the edges of hard materials, and—even after prolonged operation—their roller profiles remain dimensionally accurate and unchanged.

    Hydraulic shear with gap adjustment
    Shearing both thin 0.4mm sheets and thick 4mm plates on the same production line is a highly challenging task. Our hydraulic shear is equipped with a blade gap adjustment feature, allowing for precise calibration to suit varying sheet thicknesses. This ensures that the sheared edges are straight and burr-free, while simultaneously preventing unnecessary overload damage to the hydraulic system.


    How does a cut‑to‑length machine work in simple steps?

    Our Cut to Length Machine transforms large coils of metal sheet into flat, precise, and discrete metal sheets through a sequence of steps: uncoiling, leveling, measuring, and shearing. The material goes through a leveling machine to remove curvature, then a servo feeder advances it to a specified length, and finally a hydraulic shear cuts it.

    The simple steps of the cut to length process:

    • Coil Loading and Uncoiling:Heavy metal coils are loaded onto a hydraulic decoiler, allowing the material to unwind and feed into the production line.
    • Leveling / Straightening:The metal sheet is conveyed via a hydraulic press and pinch mechanism into a four‑roll straightening machine. These rollers eliminate curvature, twisting, or “coil set” to ensure the sheet is perfectly flat.
    • Feeding and Measuring:A servo‑driven feeding system advances the leveled material forward, while digital sensors measure the material to the exact required length.
    • Cutting / Shearing:A precision cutter shears the material to the programmed length.
    • Stacking:The cut metal sheets are transferred via a conveyor belt to a shaped hydraulic stacker, where they are neatly stacked, typically automatically, ready for packaging.

    These machines are indispensable in manufacturing – they reduce material waste and boost production efficiency by processing raw coils into sheets of consistent dimensions and uniform shape.
