• 0.3 mm → 25 strips
• 1.0 mm → 15 strips
• 2.0 mm → 8 strips
• 3.0 – 3.5 mm → 5 strips

4.Why two loopers?
They sit between uncoiling and slitting as material buffers. When the decoiler slows to change a coil, the slitter side never feels it. Result: no stretching, no stacking, no surface scratches.

Mechanical Structure Advantage

The main slitter is driven by a 75KW AC motor with frequency control. The blade specification is Φ340×Φ220×15mm, made of H13K material. The knife pivot is made of 40Cr steel with diameter Φ220mm. The whole machine runs smoothly with low noise and small vibration, suitable for 24-hour uninterrupted workshop production.

One line only needs 1 mechanical engineer and 2 common workers to operate, saving labor cost. The daily production capacity is around 40T for 8 hours of work, meeting the production demand of medium-sized processing factories.
