Slider Type Tensioning

We have abandoned the traditional simple four-jaw structure and adopted a more advanced slider design. This structure, driven by hydraulic power and allowing the slider to move radially, can provide stronger radial supporting force. This ensures that the Hydraulic De-Coiler is more stable and stronger when handling heavy steel coils, effectively eliminating the risks of the inner wall of the steel coil slipping or deforming.

Four Support Axes

The main shaft adopts a design with four high-strength support axes, and after tensioning, the inner core approaches a perfect circle. This design not only ensures extremely high concentricity, but more importantly, avoids the squeezing of the inner wall of the steel coil by sharp corners, truly making the inner core round and without harming the steel coil.

Removable Gaskets

To meet the raw material standards of different factories, the main shaft is equipped with flexible adjusting gaskets. By simply adding or removing gaskets, the unwinding range can be freely switched between 470-610mm. Without replacing the main shaft, it can be adapted to various inner diameter specifications, and one machine can meet the diverse production needs.
