The machine is equipped with a PLC-based screen adjustment system, enabling size changes to be executed simply by configuring settings via the PLC and swapping the cutting dies. Through the synchronized operation of an integrated hydraulic uncoiler, servo feeder, pneumatic press, and flying shear, the system delivers consistent quality at a production speed exceeding 20 meters per minute.

Q1: How long to switch between the two profiles?

Select the other size on the PLC – that’s it for the forming rollers. You still swap the shear blades (different profile heights need different knives).
