How the Production Line Works

Decoiling and leveling: A 5 ton hydraulic decoiler holds the coil and feeds it smoothly. A seven roller leveler takes out bends and twists, giving flat material for the steps ahead.

Punching: An 80 ton pneumatic press punches the holes. A servo feeder moves the strip accurately, so hole spacing stays consistent along the whole pillar.

Roll forming: The 22kW main machine uses 20 roller stations to gradually shape the flat strip into the final upright profile. Gearbox drives keep every roller turning in sync, so the section stays stable.

Cutting and collecting: A servo tracking shear cuts the pillar while moving with the strip. The line never stops. A 6 meter hydraulic table collects the finished pieces neatly.

Synchronous linked control: All stations adjust their speed automatically. If punching runs a bit faster, a loop buffer takes up the extra material. If forming pulls harder, the servo adjusts. Nothing piles up or gets stretched out of shape.

Two profiles on one machine: Switching between 65×80mm and 65×100mm takes just a few taps on the PLC screen. No mold changes, no second production line. You save on equipment cost and floor space.

Gcr12 hardened rollers: The rollers reach HRC58 to 62 hardness. At that level, they barely wear over their normal service life. The uprights come out smooth with no scratches, and the galvanized coating stays intact.

Servo tracking shear: The shear moves with the strip while cutting. The machine keeps running at full speed over 20 meters per minute without slowing down for each cut.
