Our U-channel roll forming machine is specifically designed for manufacturing Katz Bridging Bars.

We use roller spacers to adjust the size of the profiles, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of the rollers and enabling quick switching between different product specifications.

The rollers are made of GCr12 material, while the shafts are made from 45# steel with quenching and tempering treatment. The roller surface has undergone polishing, hard plating and heat treatment, which not only ensures wear resistance but also maintains good precision.

The hydraulic station controlled by PLC can automatically adjust the position according to the speed of the forming machine. the machine synchronizes punching and cutting can be synchronized without reducing speed, avoiding production line stops.
