DESCRIPTION
CZ changeable Purlin Forming Machine is an equipment that produces C/Z shaped steel channels continuously out of galvanized or cold rolled steel strips from feeding, punching for holes, bending and cutting.
CZ Purlin Forming Machine can do both C and Z shape purlin with following different size, automatic adjustment. Special sizes of purlin can be designed in our company.
Gearbox transmission system
Gearbox transmission system moves the line to ensure machine strong enough to run raw material thickness 3.2mm
Quick change system
1、Change size of purlin automatically. People key in and then the control system adjusts the different sizes automatically.
2、Change C to Z type,turn the turnover device manually. Within 15 minutes finish change from C to Z purlin.
