FURRING CHANNEL / HAT CHANNEL ROLLING MACHINE
FURRING CHANNEL / HAT CHANNEL ROLLING MACHINE is designed to make the furring channel in batch fully autoamtically. Hat channel is the bearing channel in the ceiling building and drywall building.
Furring channel is a hat-shaped corrosion-resistant framing component used to furr out masonry walls and ceiling assemblies. In concrete wall applications, furring channel is installed vertically to the wall surface using concrete nails or power-driven fasteners. Gypsum panels are then screw-attached to the furring channels.
Based on the fully understanding of furring channel, and the hat channel understanding, we design the machine like the following.
