A corner bead machine turns galvanized steel coil into L shaped angle bead profiles. By changing punching, forming, and shearing dies, the same line can produce 5 different angle bead profiles. The line runs from decoiling and entry section through punching, roll forming, hydraulic cutting, and receiving. Entry embossing is optional and configured separately.

Applications
This corner bead machine produces L shaped angle bead profiles. These profiles are used for building corner protection, where they reinforce wall corners and help prevent impact damage. They are also used for plasterboard edge reinforcement in drywall and wall finishing work.

Corner Bead Machine Line Configuration
The line includes the following sections.
Decoiler
The decoiler holds the steel coil and feeds the strip into the line. It uses a motor feeder.
Entry section
This corner bead machine has an entry section that guides the strip and can include embossing rollers. Embossing is optional and can be configured as full or half embossing.
Punch press
The punch press makes holes in the strip at the punching station before the strip moves to roll forming.
Roll forming main machine
The roll forming main machine shapes the strip through a series of rollers into the L shaped profile. The forming section has 11 rollers.
Hydraulic cutting
The hydraulic cutting unit cuts the formed profile to the set length using hydraulic drive and automatic length setting.
Receiving table
The receiving table collects the finished profiles.
Site and installation are confirmed by engineering based on the final configuration and site conditions.
Five Angle Bead Profiles and Die Change
The same corner bead machine can produce 5 different angle bead profiles. Die change covers punching dies, forming dies, and shearing dies. Cutting blades are matched to each profile, and one blade should have only one profile on it.
The die count for each of the 5 profiles and whether changeover tooling is included should be confirmed item by item. These details decide whether two quotes are talking about the same configuration level.
