The bar size describes smaller angles, 1/2″ x 1/2″ x 1/8″ up to 2-1/2″. The L shapes are larger, and are commonly stocked from 3″ x 2″ x 3/16″ all the way up to 8″ x 8″ x 1″. The most common grade for the HR Angle is A36, however it can also be available in ASTM A709 Gr 36, A529 Gr 50, A572 Gr 50, and weathering steel grade ASTM A588.

For reaching the high speed of Angle Iron Roll Forming Machine, the machine we designed by the following features:

1. For the shearing part, Zhongtuo machinery design flying tracking cutting saw. By this way, it can increase the machine working speed around 10 meters.

2. We use the gearbox as transmission. By this way it can handle the thickness to 6.0mm from 3.0mm.

3. We use the molding frame as the machine frame, the machine frame thickness could reach 45mm.

4. The machine weight is around 16 Ton then when machine working in high speed, it also keep steady.

5. To the transmission part, we use two motors of 7.5 kw then it can pass the power to the roller more evenly.

6. For the rollers,it designs by GCR12MOV to make sure the hardness is no problem.
