Indian Clients Visit Factory and Place Orders for Stud Roll Forming Line

We recently welcomed a team of clients from India to our factory and machine showroom. They spent time observing our production facilities and testing the capabilities of our roll forming equipment. It was a productive visit where we could demonstrate our manufacturing standards directly.

The discussion started with 89mm studs which are commonly used for low rise residential buildings. The clients explained they needed to handle higher loads of 400 to 450kg per square meter for commercial projects. We recommended upgrading to 140 to 360mm large section profiles to meet these structural needs safely.

Our technical team also suggested using new C or U combined floor deck systems for their projects. They showed strong interest in our U shaped concealed wiring tracks and C shaped punching lines for electrical installations. We advised them on processing 1.6 to 2.5mm thick plates for specialized panel production.

The visit concluded with confirmed orders for stud roll forming machines and photovoltaic frame equipment. They also placed an order for a hat purlin forming machine to expand their product range. We look forward to delivering these machines and supporting their business growth in the Indian market.
